Bushing Lines Series 3
In the field of
thermoplastics material moulding, INJECTION
POINT and Prima Sales
& Services Ltd experience, have developed the"FLS3"
bushing line. All "FLS3" components are totally
interchangeable with each other. In
this way we are able to guarantee the quality of the parts
and be able to supply them at an economical price which leads
to easier maintainence and less down time of the mould.
The correct moulding
temperature is obtained by a 240 Volt spiral heater with separate
t/couple inside the bushing so as to assure the accurate control
of the temperature in the melt channel for the material.
In case of:
1. Using filled thermoplastic
material the "FLS3" can be supplied with titanium
coating to give a longer life in operation.
2. Using thermoplastic material
as PVC and Fluorpolymers the "FLS3; can be supplied
in special alloy.
Tips:
1. Please contact
our Design Department to define both the feed hole and the
tips diameter.
2. In addition of dimensions
shown on the following drawings non standard lengths can
be suppllied.

IPS: direct injection from
machine nozzle. All "IPS" components are totally
interchangeable each other. In this way we are able to guarantee
the quality of the parts and be able to supply them at an
economical price.
The correct mould temperature
is obtained a 24V cylindrical heater (240V in special uses)
and 240V heater band. 24 Volt heaters can be supplied with
thermocouple inside. IPS-A bushing can be supplied with special
multi-tip.
In case of:
1. Using filled thermoplastic
material the "IPS" can be supplied with titanium
coating.
2. Using thermoplastic material
as PVC and Fluorpolymers the "IPS" can be supplied
in special alloy.

The correct polymer temperature
is obtained by a 24V cylindrical heater (240V in special uses).
24 Volt heaters can be supplied with thermocouple inside for
closed loop operation obtaining a greater degree of control.
IPM - Bushings can be supplied
with special multi-tips, i.e. edge-gate or forward feed.
In case of:
1. Using filled thermoplastic
material the "IPM" can be supplied with titanium
coating.
2. Using thermoplastic material as PVC and Fluorpolymers
the "IPM" can be supplied in special alloy.

is obtained by a 240 Volt heater band with separate t/couple
inside the filter body so as to assure a better temperature
of the polymer. Using filled thermoplastic material a "filter
block" can be supplied with titanium coating and external
protection formed by a removable titanium coated sleeve.
Customer special radius or forms
for the nozzle tip can be supplied.
